Top Ten Tuesday: Cover Lust

May 6, 2014     The Bluestocking Bookworm     Books, Reading

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly feature hosted by the fine folks over at The Broke and the Bookish. They totally rock, so check them out!

This week’s topic? Cover Lust! (It is actually “Top Ten Covers I Would Frame As Art” but I decided to shorten it.) I really like the idea of this topic, because not only does it let me see what other people like in book covers, it lets me see what other people like in art!

For a fun twist, these are books I haven’t read, so I am liking them SOLELY for their cover.

OK, so I only had 9, and not 10. But I really enjoy all of these for different reasons. There are a lot of beautiful book covers out there, but if I am looking at something as frame-able art, I prefer no faces (unless they are of someone I know). That eliminated a lot of covers.

So, what book covers are frame-worthy in your opinion? Link me to your top ten, or leave a comment below.

Stay bookish!

  1. All these covers are so perfect! I admit that I haven’t read my any of them (only Angelfall), but they’re all stunning! Though I do think Halo and Awakening are the top two. Great choices 🙂

Talk bookish to me!
