Summer 2017 Comment Challenge – I’m In, Are You?

June 6, 2017     The Bluestocking Bookworm     Books

So, the lovely folks at A Kernel of Nonsense (Alicia) and Flylef Reviews (Lonna) are hosting this challenge for July 2017. The point of it is to be paired up with another blogger, and to get to know that blogger through commenting on their blog throughout the month.

I think this is great for a few reasons.

  • It means you have to post more, so your partner can comment.
  • There are so many book bloggers I still don’t know, and this is a great way to connect
  • Alicia and Lonna have included all areas of book blogging for matchmaking, including non-fiction!

I have never taken part in this challenge before, but I am really excited to this summer. I don’t know who my match is, but I plan to comment on as many posts as I can of theirs.

Have you ever done a challenge like this? Will you maybe take part in this one?

Stay bookish, lovelies!

Talk bookish to me!

Aaah, this sounds amazing!! But I don’t think I’ll have time this summer 😢 I see that they held a winter challenge last year, though, so maybe they’ll host another one later in the year.

  2. I’m so excited you’ll be joining us for July. I love it when so many new faces join and it’s like you said, there are so many bloggers yet to be discovered. It’s sometimes easy to forget out community is so large. Hope you enjoy the challenge!

  3. I’ve done the March challenge and I’m really excited to be joining the challenge again in July. There are an insane amount of bloggers who blog just about specific genres and probably millions of book bloggers out there in general. The challenge is a great way to close the gap and discover new bloggers!
